Ivana holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto, with a major in Sociology and a minor in Humanities, bringing a deep interdisciplinary perspective to her work. With a strong foundation in property management, she has a comprehensive understanding of contracts, policies, and operational procedures. Her career spans leadership roles in both the public and private sectors, where she ensured compliance, high occupancy, and tenant satisfaction.
